Minuteman Café is your new community connection location offering fresh, creative culinary selections daily.   Join us Monday-Friday 6:30-3pm at THE LOCAL for a cup of great, sustainable Java City coffee.   Each morning, we also offer premade hot grab and go sandwiches at FIRE & IRON, a create your own parfait, fruit bowl or tasty pastry at HEIRLOOM, a creative sandwich from THE LOCAL or an omelet or eggs with biscuit & gravy from THE KITCHEN. 

At lunch, you can choose to make your own salad from Heirloom, curate your own Mediterranean feature or grab a slice of pizza from Olive Branch, enjoy a made to order smash burger from Fire & Iron or enjoy your rotation favorites at The Kitchen.   

Whether you want a barista creation, full meal, or running short on time and still want a snack or meal, we also offer many Good Day express food options from open to close, making this location a Good Day any time of day!
